Administration Level I (CWADM1).This three day course provides you with the skills and knowledge required to administer any Computerway-supplied system. Topics include system concepts, maintenance of reference information, capture of operational data and many others. Once completed, you will have all the necessary skills to use and maintain your system. Data Capture Operational (CWDCT).This one day course is designed specifically for supervisors and operators who will be at the key points of data capture on the factory floor. It provides an interactive environment to discuss and practice the standard operations of weighing, palletising, scanning and stock movements. Completion ensures an operational understanding of the Computerway system to apply to individual areas of responsibility. Server Operational (CWSER).In addition to building on the factory floor data capture concepts covered in the Data Capture Operational course, this one-day course will also encourage practice and discussions on other key topics applicable to your needs. These include Sales Order Entry, Traceability, Picking and Palletising, Stock Check, Despatch and Returns, Recipe & Yield Management. Administration Level II (CWADM2).An advanced one-day course showing you how to configure data capture terminals, scanners and printers within the Computerway system, and how to set up the hardware to ensure the smooth running and continued efficiency of your system. Hardware (CWHAR).This half-day course provides a practical environment to physically set up data capture terminals, scanners and printers. Computerway Modelling (CWMOD).A one-day course providing an interactive environment to analyse and discuss how the Computerway system can be configured to meet your organisation's specific business needs. Computerway Health Check and Re-engineering.This consultancy-based training course equates an analysis of your changing business requirements to the present structure of your Computerway system. Our consultants will work with you to develop the best way to update your existing system and document this in a detailed schematic data model to ensure you get maximum benefit from your Computerway system. |
