This module helps manage space and batches intelligently. Features include:

• Allows pallets to be built on the end of a production line, thus removing non-value adding operations
• Pallets are managed as a stock group, which can subsequently be broken down

Sales Order Processing

This module features:

• New order entry
• Setting up and processing standard orders
• Order amending and deleting facilities
• Order enquiry reference sets
• Provides factory floor picking lists and sales information
• Previous weeks' sales orders can be viewed to prompt sales opportunities
• Historical orders can be held for a user defined period

Quality Control

• Allows capture of answers to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HAACP) questions e.g. bone content, foreign objects etc.
• Facility to put stock into QC hold with reason codes

Recipe control

Computerway's system covers not only quality control, but recipe control as well. This module includes the following features:

• Production of recipes from preset specifications of ingredient
• Dry goods stock downdated as recipes are produced
• Barcoded labels are printed to reflect actual weight of remaining stock and of finished product
• Links original batches of ingredients to finished product for traceability purposes
• Maintenance of recipes and product weight tolerances
