Post-Installation Support

Our software and hardware solutions are built on our experience in providing robust, reliable systems appropriate to the relevant working environment. However, from time to time, for a variety of reasons, something can go wrong. To keep your system running at peak performance, we offer a range of support and maintenance contracts (including 24/7) tailored to your needs. From technical helpdesk, through remote software support using the latest technology, to on-site engineers, we aim to give you peace of mind knowing that we are always on hand should an unforeseen problem arise. We can even monitor remotely the effectiveness of your system and internal network and e-mail you with regular performance reports!

We also have an extensive training programme in place to make sure you get the maximum benefit out of your Computerway systems.
